Vegetable Burghul

Notes

Ingredients
  • White burghul (Ready cooked course)- 3 cup
  • Chopped vegetable (cabbage, colored pepper and carrot)- 3 cups
  • Soya sauce- 2 tsp
  • Garlic and ginger (Finley chopped)- 1 tsp
  • Celery (Finley chopped)- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- 1tsp
  • Ground white pepper- ½ tsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
  • Chili flakes- ½ tsp
  • Spring onion chopped- 1 pcs
  • Olive oil- 3tsp
Directions
  1. Put oil in a hot skillet. Add garlic, ginger and celery. Sauté well and add remining vegetables about 1 minute or two until it starts getting tender.
  2. Add the spices, sugar, chili flakes and soya sauce. Mix well and add burghul and salt for taste
  3. Sprinkle spring onion and serve
