Season the chicken breast pieces, and then give them a nice coating of flour
Pan fry the chicken breast in a combination of olive oil and butter
In that same pan add flour then add chicken broth, parmesan cheese, capers, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley. Simmer for a few minutes to reduce it.
Place the chicken and boil for 1 minute
Serve with pasta
Note: I did not add salt because most of the ingredients contain salt
