Chicken Escallop
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts- 600 gm
- Eggs- 2
- Milk- ¼ cup
- Ground white pepper- ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
- All-purpose flour- 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
- Oregano- 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese- 2 tsp
- Dried Garlic- ½ tsp
- Crushed salt- 1/2tsp
- Serve with potato wedges of French fries
Directions
- In a flat dish add black pepper, oregano, salt and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs, mix well and keep aside
- Put flour in other dish.
- In other dish mix eggs and milk, season it with black and white pepper.
- Season the chicken with black pepper
- Dip the chicken first in flour then egg mixer followed by the breadcrumbs
- Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown color. Serve with potato wedge or French fries
