Chicken Escallop

Ingredients

 

  • Chicken breasts- 600 gm
  • Eggs- 2
  • Milk- ¼ cup
  • Ground white pepper- ½ tsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
  • All-purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
  • Oregano- 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese- 2 tsp
  • Dried Garlic- ½ tsp
  • Crushed salt- 1/2tsp
  • Serve with potato wedges of French fries

Directions

  1. In a flat dish add black pepper, oregano, salt and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs, mix well and keep aside
  2. Put flour in other dish.
  3. In other dish mix eggs and milk, season it with black and white pepper.
  4. Season the chicken with black pepper
  5. Dip the chicken first in flour then egg mixer followed by the breadcrumbs
  6. Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown color. Serve with potato wedge or French fries
