Chicken Piccata
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast- 400 gm
- Butter- 2 tsp
- Olive oil- 2tsp
- Capers- 2tsp
- Chicken broth- 2 cups
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese- 2 tsp
- Ground white pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
For chicken coating mixer we need
- Flour- 3/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese- 1tsp
- Serve it with pasta
Directions
- Season the chicken breast pieces, and then give them a nice coating of flour
- Pan fry the chicken breast in a combination of olive oil and butter
- In that same pan add flour then add chicken broth, parmesan cheese, capers, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley. Simmer for a few minutes to reduce it.
- Place the chicken and boil for 1 minute
- Serve with pasta
Note: I did not add salt because most of the ingredients contain salt
