Chicken Piccata


  • Boneless chicken breast- 400 gm
  • Butter- 2 tsp
  • Olive oil- 2tsp
  • Capers- 2tsp
  • Chicken broth- 2 cups
  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese- 2 tsp
  • Ground white pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper- ½ tsp


For chicken coating mixer we need

  • Flour- 3/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese- 1tsp
  • Serve it with pasta


  1. Season the chicken breast pieces, and then give them a nice coating of flour
  2. Pan fry the chicken breast in a combination of olive oil and butter
  3. In that same pan add flour then add chicken broth, parmesan cheese, capers, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley. Simmer for a few minutes to reduce it.
  4. Place the chicken and boil for 1 minute
  5. Serve with pasta

Note: I did not add salt because most of the ingredients contain salt
