Vegetable Burghul
Ingredients
- White burghul (Ready cooked course)- 3 cup
- Chopped vegetable (cabbage, colored pepper and carrot)- 3 cups
- Soya sauce- 2 tsp
- Garlic and ginger (Finley chopped)- 1 tsp
- Celery (Finley chopped)- 1 tsp
- Sugar- 1tsp
- Ground white pepper- ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper- ½ tsp
- Chili flakes- ½ tsp
- Spring onion chopped- 1 pcs
- Olive oil- 3tsp
Directions
- Put oil in a hot skillet. Add garlic, ginger and celery. Sauté well and add remining vegetables about 1 minute or two until it starts getting tender.
- Add the spices, sugar, chili flakes and soya sauce. Mix well and add burghul and salt for taste
- Sprinkle spring onion and serve
