Meat with Veg Clay Pot


  • Lamb meat with bone or beef chunks – 1 kg
  • Eggplant- 1pcs
  • Potato-1pcs
  • Red pepper-1pcs
  • Tomato- 1pcs
  • Long green pepper- 2pcs
  • Small Onion whole- 10pcs
  • Ground black pepper- 1/4tsp
  • Crushed sweet pepper- 1/2tsp
  • Chili flakes- 1/2tsp
  • Paprika powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed chili flakes- ½ tsp
  • Tomato paste- 1tsp
  • Capsicum paste- 1tsp
  • Bay leaf- 2pcs
  • Ghee is optional
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • Little water
  • For garnishing
  • Long green pepper
  • Cherry tomato
  • Green chilly


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and add some water
  2. Transfer to a clay pot garnish with cherry tomato, long green pepper and green chili
  3. Cover the pot and put inside a pre heat oven at 180*c for 2 hours and 30 minutes
  4. Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving
